For the last one, you need to understand the burden of proof and why it rests on the person making the claim.

I'm sorry, but "We don't know." is a very weak argument against close-minded

But it is the truth. Why do you even feel compelled to tell them otherwise? It is not necessary for justifying atheism to know everything. That's a stupid and dishonest criterion and you shouldn't even accept the premise that the question needs to be addressed for atheism to be valid
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Also, google isn't such a reliable place to search for atheist arguments.

Firstly, welcome to AF and I hope you enjoy your time here Wink

In regards to it being a weak argument, well...have you ever used an argument that they haven't dismissed out of hand? 'We don't know' is the (ahem) God's honest truth. The crux of that argument is that god should never be the automatic fallback answer for such questions. It should be the absolute last resort, when any and all other avenues of scientific inquiry have been utterly exhausted. So far in our history, this has not happened. I doubt it will happen anytime soon, either.

I appreciate it might not be of much use to you, however. I admire your determination when arguing with these cock-socks, I pretty much retired from the art several months ago and am mainly here for the lulz Big Grin

As weak as you or the Christians claim it to be, it is a hell of a lot better than making stuff up.

Besides, "I don't know" leads to curious people researching what the actual answer is.

Actually, google can lead to many good sites with responses to theist arguments.

Start with this one:

Iron Chariots

They have some of the best responses to every argument theists use (Kalam, Teleological, Ontological, Pascal's Wager, etc.)

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.

I do not know where the "life came from a rock" originated.  Life started with some, heretofore, unknown chemical process.  We can replicate the formation of the individual building blocks (self-replicating cell membranes and self-replicating RNA), but without a satisfactory time frame or a way to speed up the time frame, it is still in the realm of debate of the actual processes involved to create life.  We have not even come up with an absolute description of life nor at what point the chemical process can be considered life.

For instance, is a virus alive?  That is still up for debate.
You make people miserable and there's nothing they can do about it, just like god.

God has no place within these walls, just as facts have no place within organized religion.

Science is like a blabbermouth who ruins a movie by telling you how it ends. There are some things we don't want to know. Important things.

Arguments such as:

"How do you explain how you come from a rock?"

In an insanely large number of gradual transformations.

(November 12, 2015 at 12:08 pm)Oceanian Wrote: "What came before the big bang?"

No one knows, scientists and clergy alike. But feel free to speculate. My imagination is drawn to a multiverse of cellular universes. When one pops the materials go into its neighbors. But where did all that galactic soap bubbles come from? At some point you you just have to admit you don't know. (So much more intellectually honest than just chirping goddidit.)

(November 12, 2015 at 12:08 pm)Oceanian Wrote: "You can't proof the big bang occured!"

It is very hard to prove anything outside of mathematics. What of it?

(November 12, 2015 at 12:08 pm)Oceanian Wrote: "How do you proof god did not exist?"

There isn't any need to disprove what has never been demonstrated to begin with.

Of course anyone who is impressed with these sorts of arguments are not likely to be atheists anyway.

Pretending to know everything, while providing no evidence, is called being delusional true Christian.

Probably just a typo.  Fixed that for you.

RE: Conversational Challenges
When they ask "What is your proof that god does not exist?", after you explain the burden of proof, tell them you lack the same amount of evidence for god as you do for krishna and allah.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."

For context, this is the previous verse:

"Hi Jesus" -robvalue

Ask them which God they'd be worshipping if they were born in India?
Picking the right God is like playing Russian roulette.
Not all the Gods can be the one true God, but they can all be false Gods.
No God, No fear.
