recipe 1 Onigiri or rice ball it is a traditional japanese sandwich that is filled with meat and or vegetables.
For this recipe
1. you will need pre coooked riced and i has to be sticky. Preferred brand of rice would be jasmine rice it is sticky and
it makes perfect rice balls.
2. Now the next thing you will need is a bowl of water for your hands it keeps the rice from sticking to you.
3. and lastly what ever you want to fill your rice ball up with.
4. put a more rice on top to seal it up.
5. start molding your rice ball into any shape as you please but the traditional shape of a onigiri is a triangle
if you are wondering what that is attached the rice ball that is a nori wrapper or sea weed wrapper.
Bread pudding
1. pound of bread / .45 kg. cut up into small pieces
2. 2 cups of warm water
3. 3 eggs
4. 1/2 pint / 16 oz of heavy cream
5. 1 teaspoon of salt
6. 1/2 ground cinnamon
7. 3/4 cup of sugar
8. 1/2 of raisins
9. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

half of cup of powdered sugar
whiskey

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix it together.
When the mixture has a paste like consistency add to baking tray. Before i forget make sure you
use butter or even lard spray etc to keep it from sticking as it bakes. Bake for a hour to a hour and 5 minutes.
-the optional bit-
put the sugar into a small bowl add 2 tablespoons of whiskey.
mix it up until it becomes a syrup. Cut yourself a slice of that freshly made bread pudding
and add some glaze on top and enjoy.
