So Scientists have to work where the Science is false and the money is decent?
Nothing new and nothing surprising.

Hardly surprising. This wouldn't be the first time that oil companies have paid people off to deny serious issues, all in the name of profit. Back in the twenties they (unscrupulously) fought to hide evidence of the dangers of lead so that they could continue to use it in gasoline. http://scienceblogs.com/pharyngula/2014/...ad-debate/

Why do republicans trust these guys? Or... am I not being cynical enough in thinking that they might at least honestly disbelieve in climate change?
