Relatively clean would seem sufficient to me. No need to disrupt a passionate, spur-of-the-moment interlude to go take a shower if you haven't been digging ditches or anything.
I like man-smell (not man-stink).
Yeah well regular showers kind of does the trick... no need for a soapy rooster.
