I never got into that show, but my reference was when Jerry was in the back of a cab I think, or a limo and he scratched his nose just as the women he asked out earlier in the episode pulled up beside him, and for the rest of the episode he protested "that was a scratch not a pick".
I apparently also don't notice when hot chicks pull up next to Jerry Seinfeld.
