I beg to differ. Women are still consistently paid less than men. Also, sadly, when seeking certain advice, most people will gravitate toward the male in the field rather than the female, even though they both possess the same knowledge.

This is, of course, true, and better yet, they don't have to work at getting a boner (well, in some cases, they do have to "work" at getting a boner)!
Overall, I must dissent; I think being a female (which, of course, I am not) leads to greater happiness than being a male. For one, females live longer than males, are less likely to end-up in jail (even in First World countries), are healthier, and have more friends on average.
