Well it tells you that they are at least cryptic enough to have metaphors, and not filled with simplicity like you would expect from an under par song, that's a plus in my books, feel free to disagree.

I'm just saying that 'the lyrics are full of metaphors' is not by itself indicative of quality, you have to expand on it, explain what you think is well constructed about it and why, which you have since done to some extent.
I am John Cena's hip-hop album.

Then go back and read them.

You realize he's talking about himself? You realize the entire song title and chorus "The river runs deep" is a metaphor for life itself, the actions we take, having a large effect down the road, that's why he's takes two people with the same opportunities, one who stopped drugs, one who didn't. That decision may seem small in the moment, but the great storytelling is that he tells how the ensuing actions because of that one choice ended up giving them entirely different results. Then at the end he says "Story of my life cause both of them were me, thinkin to myself yo who i wanna be", meaning he was faced with the same choice, and when you look at what the second person did because he quit drugs, became a rapper, record deals, you realize this is him.

Dude. That has been done a hundred gazillion times: artists, musicans, writers, choreographers... it's nothing new or creative. It's not even interesting.

It hasnt and I thoroughly disagree, and think its ridiculous that you seem to think music can be objectively bad when by its nature, it can only be subjectively good.
Which is better:
To die with ignorance, or to live with intelligence?

Truth doesn't accommodate to personal opinions.
The choice is yours.

When did I say I thought it was objectively bad? I said it's bad, and everyone else who has replied has agreed with me. Jeebz. Get over it!

You keep trying to explain to me why its bad, like ill change my mind, when we can just agree to disagree.
