Retro game emulation on surprising devices.

Retro game emulation on surprising devices.
The Nintendo DS is a rather versatile machine that can emulate many games up to and including 16-bit. The PSP can do so even better. Modern day phones can emulate the 64 bit consoles, like the N64 and DS and PS1 and so on. The mainstream game consoles can all emulate older games as well, and the Rasberry Pi is basically just an emulation station or can be used as such at least. All PC's and MAC's can emulate games, but that one is obvious. I think most people know about these, so I want to know if there are any unusual things that you've found that can be used for game emulation.

Here's some retro games on the NDS:

RE: Retro game emulation on surprising devices.
You can emulate games (and the devices they ran on) up to 8 bit from -inside- Minecraft.  You -could- emulate more complicated games, and more robust systems, but they'd be entirely unplayable. When you get that built, Dyre, you should start a thread...I've been wanting to snag up one of those.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

At this time i have the crude diagram drawn up as far as the case goes
i would get the case off of etsy

Or make a custom arm mounted case that looks like a pipboy.

There's a smattering of emulator apps for my Windows Phone, I must try getting one for the Gameboy Advance and revisiting some of my old favourites Smile

I have a windows phone (don't judge me) and would be interested in this.

Imagine someone turning a building into a high-def TV and then playing Fallout on it, lol.
