Be sure to barbecue kittens, record the NFL without their permission and rip the tags off of your mattress.

Lol Brian, I'm doing all the above, except "barbecue kittens," I might have to look that one up Smile

I have to be honest here, there are some unscrupulous atheists on this website who barbecue babies. They are not "True" copy write trademark LLC atheists. Be very weary of them.

But not Brian37.  He doesn't know science.

Big Grin Jk

In all seriousness I cant do a fraction to save my life. But I do have a basic understanding of what "scientific method" means. Theists and science deniers stupidly think it is a concept that is deep. The details of the fields certainly do get deep, but the idea is simple. Look pay attention, record, compare, and have somebody with no horse in the race check your work. It is simply following steps, no different than when you buy a bike or appliance and the instructions walk you through to get to the end assembled product.

It really isn't that different than most people accept that their vehicle runs on the idea of a combustion engine even though most people could not design or build one from scratch. There is no Allah crank shaft, no Vishnu piston, no Jesus alternator, no Apollo transmission. There is simply the vehicle.

I am no expert in scientific fields. I simply value it because I use it every day and accept that even outside a lab, there is no way outside of being dead, that humans can get around doing anything that does not involve science. They partake in it every single second of their lives.

A quick lesson in forum etiquette:

@Beccs has a scalpel and regularly holds hooman hearts. Do not fuck with Beccs. I am reminded of this regularly, as she runs her revenge schemes by me as a sanity check. She scares me, but she's hot as fuck, so I don't notice it too much.

We do participate in baby-ques here. It's not just a funny ha-ha. If you want to fit in, you'll want to develop your baby palate. We have some refined palates here, rivalled by no other place.

@Losty is the forum harlot, you'll want to get to know her.

@Vic is our Bosnian Spy. Don't tell him anything you don't want the eastern bloc to know.

ETA: You'll want to choose a side soon. The kitten barbecuing sect is above board and proper. The puppy barbecuing cult is whatever. No pressure. Just don't join the wrong one.

Funny, ok and thank you for the advice.

Hiya Blue Man, nice to meet you Smile

Good to meet another scientifically minded atheist! I've found most of the atheists here are that way inclined.
Feel free to send me a private message.
