Possibly because who really knows obviously. The establishment politicians, promise to cut government spending where it's abusive, but realize it's been put in by powerful people for corrupt contracts, so they never reverse it. Although the world wants a politician since they can be molded, we need a businessman in the US. We are getting fucked over like a beaten women. Our trade deficit is horrendous, and when you look at the tax exempt globalists who are ruling us, it's obvious we are being used like a whore.

Fucked over? That's been the common complaint from the rest of the world about America. You really don't know what fucked over means.

Boy, you don't know what far left is. Bernie's a moderate social democrat by European standards. You only have a point with red danger hysterics being bigger in America and with the right really being far right these days. They're certainly not what Europeans call conservative. Obama, on the other hand, fits the bill quite nicely.

I'd go so far as to call him an Edward Heath style Tory, willing to use and fund left wing institutions and social policies to support mderate right wing policies elsewhere.

I like carson, but will vote for trump. The reason I like trump is because he does not represent the traditional politician. He is a citizen who had done very well for himself, and seeks to implement policies in government that help the United states regain it's independence again. He does not seem to be tied to lobbies or super pacs as he does not need their money to run his campaign. I think this scares the hell out of the establishment on both sides. Because they do not have control, which means control of the presidency will be retained with in the walls of the Oval office.

Good, Bad, or Train wreck I want to see what happens when a citizen not a career politician takes office and leads this country as it was intended.

When you say he's done well for himself, do you mean that he's inherited a massive fortune then done a not very good job of investing it? Because that's a pretty accurate description of his life.

Yes. It will be endlessly entertaining to watch.

It would be a truly spectacular four months.

It's still an important issue to me though. I think of myself as a citizen of humanity rather than as a citizen of a particular country. I do think America remains the most important country in the world at this time because of a combination of progressiveness and power. I actually like Trump's message of making America great again because I feel we have lost something very important in our industrial base. You can't be great if you aren't at the forefront of building things.

I wouldn't worry too much about what Trump would do on the world stage because he cannot possibly be elected President. This country is diverse. You can lose one particular demographic but only to a point. Trump is so hated by Hispanics, he doesn't have a chance. Additionally, the black community loves the Clinton's. White males will favor Trump by a large margin (I'm ashamed to say, being a white male) but it will not be enough to overcome his deficits with blacks and Hispanics. Fear Rubio rather than Trump. Rubio has a very realistic chance of winning the general election. Trump has no chance at all. I just hope our Republican crazies don't figure that out in time.

This is what people thought of Hiltler. I do not make this comparison lightly, the man is a dangerous loon.

Let's not rush the Hitler comparisons. After all, Hitler put his life and liberty on the line in 1923 when he tried to seize power at the Beer Hall Putsch. For all his hideous crimes, Hitler at least had a bit of courage.

I'm sure Trump would like to be another Hitler, but I don't think he has the ball to do it.

Why has it always to be Hitler? Trump's a bigot and a loudmouth in his own right and it would be undiluted Trump you get, if he happens to win the elections. Might be quite funny if Republican dominated houses actually work against a (sort of) Republican president. It would, if that idiot wouldn't have the capacities to fuck up the whole world. Economically as well as politically.
