Uber driver murders 6 last week and yesterday another public shooter in Kansas. GAWED BWESS our flooded gun market.

Crazy is thinking it's about rights when it is about volume and lack of pragmatism.

I was corrected on this recently, Thump.  It so happens that the possession of a firearms permit in some states (permit to purchase) obviates the point-of-sale NICS check.

A NICS check is performed for issuance and renewal of the license.
