Today (Feb 16) Is The 2nd Anniversary Of My Father’s Passing

The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

Mom passed in '06 and it's a rare day that I don't think about her in some small way.
Hold onto the memories Rhonda. He may be gone from the world, but he'll only be gone from your life if you don't.

Just coincidentally it's the 13th anniversary of my father's passing. I didn't think of it until I saw this thread. He's still very much in my memory. But he isn't as often in my dreams as he used to be.

The best times of our lives are usually memories with our parents.
They meant everything to us at one stage.
Take care.
