I sometimes stay up until as late as 3.PM (yes, PM not AM) before I sleep though... today is an early night for me but as I actually have to be awake at 1.PM today I'm going to bed earlier... but not THAT early Wink

I bet you could think of three different ways (in under 30 seconds) that you could have phrased your concern about kudos, how they are used, and what they mean to different people, that would have let to pleasant discussion.  'Nuff said.   Peace.
