I tell you one thing though, despite getting off on this, the actual fine was $25 dollars, but if I had been convicted the court cost was $188 on top of the fine. WHAT THE FUCK? I consider myself lucky because I have my mom who can help me, but damn, there really is a problem in this country with over charging people for non violent crimes. It certainly isn't a problem to pay that for someone in the middle class or rich, but this really hurts the poor.

I think it is a stupid idea to think hitting someone in the wallet is always a motivator, and what is worse for the poor is that if they cant pay, it costs more to prosecute them even further.

No props to me, lets get real, I got brain dead. If it had not been for the air conditioner blowing the ash off the end of my cigarette into my eye, in combo of forgetting that I had my vehicle in reverse, and trying to leave my vehicle to rub my eyes, nothing would have happened. 

BUT, it does cut to the core of improving technology though. They make lawn mowers that if there is no weight on the seat the motor shuts off. Would have been nice to have a vehicle that when I tried to get out of the vehicle with the car in reverse to have a sensor prevent the vehicle from moving.

I think government does get a bad rap far too often. The law did take into account no priors. What was most important to me was that day while I was trying to wrangle the vehicle like a cowboy trying to take down a steer, nobody got hurt.

Fuck wine, I am a beer guy. Oh yea the cop gave me a breath test. I wasn't worried about that because I hadn't had a beer in 2 days. But it was still funny though.
