Just thought of another question that is sort of relevant to this topic....
Has anyone had troubles in their work place with atheistic views or not being one to conform to the masses. For me I think this is going to be a bit of a problem, in a couple of days i finally graduate uni (Bachelor of Education) which means facing reality and joining the work force. The good thing is that in Australia religion isn't really taught in schools in the public sector. Though in the private sectors (more pay, employment opportunities, better facilities, smaller classes and from experience generally better behaved students) schools often have an affiliation with the catholic or anglican church and religion often plays a big part. I know of many teachers that have not been appointed positions solely because of their religious views (or lack of).
