There are no stupid reasons NOT to vote for Trump, only stupid reasons TO vote for Trump.

Nobody should vote for him, but again, one event isn't his entirety, he has a big enough douche sample rate this one is not worth focusing on precisely because he already has tons of stupid reasons that disqualify him.

I'm also sure you should not be taking this woman's comment seriously.  I'm sure she has a lot of reasons not to vote for Trump (you can hardly turn on a TV or radio anywhere and not hear a few reason).  She was just making a point that this thing he did, alone, is indicative of his real personality.

I agree, why should it matter at all who gets out first, or which sex holds a door open for another, or even who the breadwinner of a family is. What matters is that it works and the couple is happy.

And since we cant craw into his brain at that moment or even read his subconscious in that moment, is it wise to judge, and I mean just for that moment.

Polygraphs are not admissible in courts of law and those things have been around for decades. And while most defense lawyers will tell you, you're damned if you show emotion because a jury may see it as fake, and you are damned if you don't because a jury will see you as heartless. 

What comes out of his mouth is a physical act. And even then those communications can be taken out of context. Now, I say this, not because of Trump, he has spoken for himself beyond the point of misunderstanding. But in real life outside him, it is not always good to gap fill because you don't like someone. 

We can criticize him and blaspheme him all we want but we should always keep in mind that should not bleed into a Nancy Grace mentality to no names, people with no fame and especially with no money to defend themselves can an do get hurt by assumptions out of context both with action and non action.

I don't see a problem with opening doors for women, but again, I also don't see a problem with women opening doors for men. I agree, that asshole is stuck in the 50s. And I also agree he is out for himself. Now while I cannot prove it of course, but I'd place bets, he made that decision to run when Obama picked on him at the press conference dinner when Obama made fun of his birtherism to his face. Maybe not flat out, but it would not surprise me if he said to himself "I'll show you someday somehow". Some people simply hate losing or being embarrassed when they cant respond and have no control.
