Heh. Maybe I misunderstood OP. Seeing the word "Apple" makes me instantly blood-raged. I thought it was an "I'm an Apple user, and I don't know what a file system is" posts.

I'm not a big fan of Apple either, but the fact is, a huge percentage of Windows users probably are only vaguely aware of what a file system is.
