No. Covers BAD!
Especially when it's a "hip-hop" remake of a classic song or a repellent boy band makes a remake of a Billy Joel song.
These people should be euthanized.

Covers and remixes are 99% of the time worse than the originals.
There are exceptions. I prefer the cover of Mad World, for instance.

Most pukey cover ever for me is "P Diddy"'s rip off of The Police's Every Breath You Take. P Diddy's stinky piece being called I'll Be Missing You. It is so awful.
What pisses me off the most is when so many people think that piece of crap rip of is the original.

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

I hate when shopping at a really busy time, when the queue is really long...
And then you look at the row of cash registers... only one guy serving behind there.
I don't ever blame the staff working on the shop floor, it's a management issue. Like if you can't work out that "more people in shop should mean get more staff behind the tills", the role of "manager" is not for you.

I dont know what it is about when the Sun comes out in The UK, maybe it's that we don't see it for 8 months of the year, but people will be out here wearing the most ridiculous shit. As a whole nation, we just don't know how to dress for the summer
Strappy vests with sunburns, ill-fitting track shorts and tracksuit bottoms, silly sun hats. Sock with sandals, and with fucking white socks no less.
I went to Malta last November. I was in my slim-fit chinos, my nicely fitting shorts, fashionable T-shirts and, when it got warm, my faux-havaianas. Nothing outstanding really, but I was still the best dressed in the hotel cafeteria by a mile.
Also, white socks in general...
Burn them and bury them. They do not go with anything and are a crime against "fashion".

Worst song (remix? cover?) ever--the "one more day" country song with 9/11 news soundbites and Bush 2 speeches. Every time I hear it, I wish I had never existed.

It's true
Haha it's so bad, and it's always been that way. There are legit film clips from the 50s of British people (in Spain for the first time) actually wearing suits on the beach. I can't deal.

It was 38.4C here today. But we aren't quite to holiday season. Give it a month or so and we will be swimming in Asian people in their safari gear and Brits in their hilarious outfits with big white socks and sandals lol.
