Pretty much same here.

I have designed all of my own tattoos.

For two reasons really - not only will they be entirely unique, but they MUST, MUST, MUST be significant to me in some way.

I now have a rule - any tattoo I have must tell my narrative. I do that for my own pride and my own happiness.

They speak of my experiences, my life events, my family, my heritage and my principles.

I would never get a design because I thought it looked nice in a magazine or I saw something spur of the moment in a parlour.

Every tattoo I have has a story.

EXACTLY - me too.  I have designed each one.  Each has meaning.  I have rules for myself: no faces, no names, no "fads", no band names or celebrities, and no religious symbols.

I've really been wanting to finish my elder scrolls sleeve on my left arm, so far I've got two text tattoos from both the draconic and daedric languages. "Power comes from oneself" and "Even within Oblivion I shall prevail." respectively.

My right arm has a Celtic knot with an eye on the inner circle, I've been wanting a Gaelic translation around it of an altered version of Hawk's father's binding ritual from Dragon Age 2. Not sure what else I want other than Sasuke's curse mark on my left shoulder.

Tattooist jailed after drawing penis and swear word on woman’s back

An Austrian woman who wanted a tattoo of a Yin Yang sign on her back was left in tears after a hobby tattooist decided to draw a penis and the word ‘Fuck’ there instead.

The incident happened in the small city of St. Pölten in Lower Austria, when the 21-year-old woman asked the tattooist if he could draw the symbol on her.

A court heard that he gladly obliged and carefully drew a template for the correct symbol, showing her a picture to confirm it.

When it came to applying the ink, however, he deviated from the original design and added the phallic drawing and swear word instead.

The victim only realised when she went home and looked at her new tattoo in the mirror.

When asked by the judge why he had done that, the hobby tattooist, also aged 21, replied: “Just because.”

All of my tattoos tell the same old story.
I've just split with my girl and I'm running amok.

I like Trevor's tattoo in GTA 5 with the dotted line across his neck saying 'cut here'.
I also like one I saw in a movie on this guy's stomach that has a simple stick figure blowing it's brains out with a gun.
I could by a gun and do it myself.
