The Sixth Glass from Boulevard Brewing Co. It's a quadrupel, and it is amazing.
A close second is a Saison-Bret Tank 7 Ale from the same.

Doubt it. It's a microbrew from Kansas City Missouri. I can't even get them in Tennessee.
