Do not hit walls.
I knew someone who did that and screwed up his hand.
If you must hit something go down a gym put on some gloves and hit a punch bag.

First, take a piece of wall and pulverize it.  Next, add a variety of liquid citrus, fruit flavors and carbonation to taste.

Punched a wall once and only once. I lost, and got even angrier except my knuckle was now also fractured. Learn from an idiot - don't do it.
