How do I Punch a Wall

I don't have time to cry.
I don't have time to get angry.
I don't have time to feel sad.
I only have time to care for me and others.
You might be thinking that it's nice to not cry, get mad, or sad.
But...
It builds up, it hurts, I need to express it. I want a punching bag, I want to cry, I don't know where or when too.
Just last year I never had any reason to feel mad angry or sad, and I could have expressed it...
I took it for granted and now what can I do.
I'm not currently sad or mad but actually quite happy.
Sometimes some of the emotions seep through and I want to express it but how and when?
The only thing I barely have time for is work (Workin' on my book and summer homework for AP Biology) and gratitude (for people and myself).
I'm only twelve.
Don't worry I'm not suicidal. I love myself to much. So feel free to tell me how to express myself?

Laugh
There's a ton of things you can do to vent anger, frustration, and/or sadness. Alone or with others. The important thing is to try. As a master of bottling things deep inside, I can say from experience that it's the opposite of healthy.

If you punch a wall, mark where the studs are first.... and then aim between them.

Get on your bike and ride. Trail ride, street-ride, trick-ride, doesn't matter, just push those pedals.
Make the time. It's good for the heart and soul.
