OK- just one of those, please. One cant hurt. Besides, theyre made with high fiber whole grain ground wheat, right(?). Fructose tied up in fiber is OK for the liver.........

OK, I will suffer and eat just one. (BTW, "sugar" is both glucose AND fructose). Dont tell me they are made without any sugar........

They're made with pineapple which haz natural sugar and is corn syrup free
