I like walking through obscure scary places and areas at night. It's better when I'm alone or with just one other person.
It's kind of a love hate thing, I hate the fear of it but I love it.

I thought I was the only one. Well, realistically I didn't but this is the first time I've ever known someone express the same enjoyment.

Best way I can describe it is that feeling of awe. Not awe like awesomeness. Awe like the original classic definition of "awe":

an overwhelming feeling of reverence, admiration, fear, etc., produced by that which is grand, sublime, extremely powerful, or the like
