Who is watching tonight's "deabate".
RE: Who is watching tonight's "deabate".
Only thing is, he didn't legally screw these people out of money.

He bled them dry while they tried to sue him by delaying the process with his team of lawyers while they tried to pursue the money they were owed.

Also, its hard to say you are dissatisfied with a product when you open it to the public, use it, and do nothing to 'fix' what was wrong in the first place.

No, he's not dissatisfied, he just knows he can come in 'under budget' by squeezing and fucking over people who he knows cannot withstand his retained lawyers.

If this had happened a handful of times, I'd certainly be willing to accept that he encountered shoddy workmanship. It happened many, many times. It's a business strategy.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Would you think she owes him that based on his well considered responses to her questions?  He is such an ass.

Didn't get to watch it live, going to a meeting instead. Best line of the night goes to Hillary:

Quote:Donald Trump was detailing his discussions with law enforcement officials, when he saw a dig he couldn’t resist: needling Hillary Clinton for staying off the trail in the last week.

"I’ve been all over the place. You decided to stay home, and that’s okay,” said Trump.

Clinton waited patiently—with that intensely calm blinking—while he finally wound up his rambling sentence—and then pounced.

“I think Donald just criticized me for preparing for this debate. And yes, I did,” Clinton said. “And you know what else I prepared for? I prepared to be president. And I think that’s a good thing.”

Trump has no empathy socially or even economically, he is a bully in both contexts.

Trump says no. I say no, and anyone who has ever dealt with a 1/2 ass contractor also says no.

Yes, if they do the work you should have to pay for it.

It wouldn't be okay if I went into Trump's casino and played Baccarat and then refused to pay because I was dissatisfied with the game.  It wouldn't be okay if I went to one of his hotels and stayed the night and refused to pay because I was dissatisfied.  And if I found YOUR work dissatisfying (I most likely would) I couldn't refuse to pay you for whatever it is you do either.

So give me a big ol' break on this.  Being dissatisfied doesn't entitle you to someone else's work for free.

Well, then change the law. All they are entitled to is any provisions they made to secure material costs in the initial contract. If they waved material costs for a larger back end settlement then they are entitled to nothing.

Understand this is not a trump thing this is an American thing. What this does is helps ensure contractors do quality work/Things get done the way you want them done.

If you are ok pay full price for 1/2 assed work i have a brother-in-law who you would love to meet.

If you or the left has a problem with the law then why hasn't it been changed? Why is this a problem when trump invokes his rights concerning the law?

Again, people with homes and have dealt with contractors know there are alot of bad ones out there and there are steps one can take to protect themselves They are outlined on angie's list: https://www.angieslist.com/articles/dont...ractor.htm

If you not familiar with angie's list it is a referal website kinda like yelp for contractors.

NOT PAYING Is On The List Of Possible Recources, as well as how the contractor may respond.

You guys are sheep. Clinton/your shepard tells you it is bad, then you think no good can come of it. Even if it is a RIGHT protected by this country to keep consumers from predatory business practices and con artists.

How about you all try and think for yourselves alittle before you jump on a band wagon.

"You disagree with me so you are sheep"

Find a new argument, Drich. That one's stale.
I don't believe you. Get over it.
