If this is your strongest argument for God's existence, then I truly feel sorry for you.  This is nothing but circular logic based upon presuppositionalism.  And since "God witnesses all things" is also a tenet of other religions, it in no way proves your particular brand of religion as the one true correct one.

Time to go back to the drawing board and come up with something else.
