25 seat majority in the House comes first.

If it is not achieved, let Trump run unopposed in 2020, it ain't worth the expenditure of blood and treasure. The pressing need is to sanitize the party, purge the corruption and get it together enough to field good and decent candidates in 2018.
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
