Good god.

All of my links expired, so here are a few yoga poses.

Wheel pose.

A bad handstand. My arms are too far apart and my splits need work. Also, I can't balance without the wall. Tibs doesn't like it when I timber.

Thanks, eb. I haven't been on the mat much the past few months. Tibs and I have been working out together, plus I was in physical therapy for a few months over some back spasms. They seem to have resolved.

It must take a lot of dedication to be able to that. I couldn't imagine being able to lift my full bodyweight upside down even at a much lower weight.

Twisted crow is really hard. I’m not always able to do it and I have to warm up first. Wheel pose is actually easier than most.
