I don't really fall out of back bend. You sort of lower your butt back down and release. I've seen stronger yogis kick their legs up into a handstand and then come down from that. Bitches.

I want to start some yoga. I am relatively bendy, but have bad joints. (7 knee/1 shoulder surgery)

I also won't go anywhere, though. Youtube?

Absolutely. YouTube has awesome classes. I'm sure you can search for ones that are catered to people with shoulder and/or knee injuries as well. Of course, I suggest just following along with the class and not doing anything that hurts in an injury and not just an exercise way. Also, I would suggest either a thicker than usual yoga mat or practicing on a carpet. I've never had knee surgery and my knees hurt pressing down into the ground sometimes.

Tibs is the least jealous human being on the face of the planet. He always laughs when I get flirted with. I had an ex from like fifteen years ago, haven't seen or talked to him in as long, write to me to tell me he still loved me. Tibs thought it was an absolute riot.
