m.h., when I say I have bad shoulders, it's no exaggeration. Tibs delights in the fact that he can "beat" me in those poses.

It's similar to the frog pose they would have you do in gym class back in the day. Frog pose in yoga looks much more like a frog on a slab lying face down. This is bakasana or crow pose with the arms bent.

I'm just hearing about it now. I think it looks distracting. I would rather play with goats and do yoga separately, I think.

I am trying out aerial yoga as soon as I lose my holiday body. Tibs got me a private class for Christmas.

I think I saw that also. Is that where the moves done in a silk hammock? 

The instructor said it "eliminated gravity". Don't buy that part.
