We need a Politics/Religion forum. This article straddles the line pretty well. This came out yesterday so I imagine I've been ninja'd already. But I didn't find it so I'm posting it any how. How did the 99% get snookered yet again? Why did we end up with Trump? Lots of writers have been laying the blame on liberal elitists not understanding the working class in the red flyover states. This guy puts the blame on the rigidity of white christian fundamentalists.
