Express VPN is good and works with everything.
Supports all encryptions and they are the dearest but also the only ones I know of who don't keep log files.
I'm using tor with torrents at the moment... Quite like it.

tpb has rated users and comments, so I'm pretty comfortable with anything I might get there.
