Should I report a person with a signature that breaks this rule before or after the 1 week is over? And that's a serious question.

To those wondering if their's is okay: I think the idea is just don't quote someone in your sig. It's pretty pathetic behavior anyway - "Look what this person said, everyone. What they said is so ridiculous that I'm not even gonna' provide a counter-argument. The ridiculousness of their statement is just implied because why else would I have it in my sig?" It's just a way to virtue signal.
Let's discuss ideas; not people.
It's really quite simple. Are you quoting someone to make them look stupid, or bad in some other way? Then don't.
Otherwise, as in mine own sig, which I chose to highlight a particularly pithy statement, it's fine. We're here for the grey areas.

What if only we find it rude or stupid or weird or funny, but the posters see nothing wrong with what they posted and are maybe proud of their statements? Who are we to judge? If anyone wants me to remove mine, I will... No probs at all. I don't do drama.

Given that you don't agree with the viewpoints in your sig, the question arises as to why you would quote them if not to paint those users in a less than positive light. Unless a case can be made otherwise, my advice would be to remove them if you feel they verge on trolling. Other Staff might not agree, but that's my take on it.
