I'm on the PC, Windows 10 and Chrome for what it's worth and I've never experienced one of these errors yet. And it's not like I'd miss them as I'm very active.

Is it a mobile issue? Or an issue with other browsers?

Whatever is the cause I've never experienced it on Chrome and Windows 10 with my PC.
