I wouldn't wish death on anyone, not even him.  However, it does seem more than likely, considering his temperament, age, diet, etc.

If I had to place a bet on the likelihood: 4 years, 8 years, impeachment, or death; I would pick death.  But I'm not really a betting kind of person, as one never knows!  It could be any, or none of those.

I find it odd that there was a group saying Trump couldn't have Narcissistic personality disorder because he does not "suffer", which is apparently a requirement.  But I beg to differ. He clearly suffers pretty severely when confronted with people that don't like or don't agree with him.  It literally keeps him awake at night.  
He's going to have a nervous breakdown, at the very least.
