To anyone who is a fan of old movies and who has watched the TCM Channel will be familiar with its host, Robert Osborne. He passed away at the age of 84.

They announced that on POTUS. You could tell he really loved the old films.
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
