@It has to be something centered around vowels.
Maybe proximity to vowels? Vowel-vowel = 0, therefore interchangeable with other vowels in a combination of letters that fulfills Rule 3?

Yeah, maybe... I was trying to look see if there was any pattern to how the grouped consonants related to vowels. I'll just finish getting some z-words while you think about that Wink
