Orgasms, I think for men even, are mostly mental. It's all about good build up. I'm not sure how that translates for folks who get sex changes, though. I imagine there would have to be some decrease in pleasure, if anything.

What differs in both men and women are their genes, upbringing(how the girl/boy is raised, how society views them) if they are abused or not, and individual personality tastes. Both girls and boys, women and men can display a range of comfort and tastes. Some men are more visual and don't mind a lit room during sex, other men like a dim or dark room and react more to the touching than the visual. But the same can be said for women. Some get turned on by direct visual nudity and others need the fantasy playing. What turns an individual on is still an individual thing. It isn't "mental" alone, it is a variety of attributes in genes and upbringing, physical health, situation of the act, location of the act, and consent. Outside this issue, layperson's statements like this also are why far too many people don't understand the difference between LGBT and a pedophile or even adult rape. Sexuality or sexual identity have nothing to do with why the perp harms someone sexually. A rape victim, even males can get an erection and girls and women can also orgasm and even get pregnant when being raped. Your body still reacts to both wanted and unwanted attention. Even outside the issue of sex, your brain is actually processing far more data than you are aware of. Rape victims and child molested victims often feel guilt for erections/orgasms and any rape councilor can tell you that is more because society shames the victim, not because the victim did anything wrong. The better way to say it for an INDIVIDUAL, would be "Being able to preform or not being able to can be psychological/medical." Lots of factors go into either sexes ability to preform even LGBT. It still is an individual thing involving genes and a lifetime of input that shapes how that person might act in any given situation.
Brian, you are excellent at creating an argument where no argument exists. This is probably the second or third time I've seen you do this as of recent and I'm simply not going to entertain it. Carefully read my post again. Then carefully read your post again, then think real REAL hard about what exactly the point is that you're trying to get across.
