We're destroyed, but not quite enough that he can't give the military 54 billion dollars, or cut taxes on the rich. First he threatens North Korea, and now he wants to back out of the alliance with South Korea? He's either incredibly stupid, or he's trying to play mafia boss with another country. Which again, is pretty stupid. So yeah, he's a moron either way you look at it.
