I've never understood the obsession with calling a cake moist.

It's not like anyone ever bites into a cake and the first thing that pops into their head is how moist it is. I'm sure someone did a comedy sketch about this!

I'm pretty sure that calling cakes moist has been around far longer than Portal... but then I am northern: I've never heard a cake called moist up here in my life.
