no i only wear them when i'm awake and not at work. they're uncomfortable as hell to sleep with them in.

and they will shrink up some, but they'll never fully close. my wife had hers at 1"(mine are at 2") and after having them out for 4 years they only went down to 1/2". if you go past a 0g or 00g they won't close all the way up without surgery.
