A picture my wife took of me with the dog sitting on a bench on a bluff looking out over the ocean at the Mendocino Coast botanical garden recently. She ordered me to roll up the front of my hat which left me squinting and grimacing into the sun.

What follows are photos I took of a private garden we saw the next day in Point Arena.
