RE: Whats your opinion on Michio Kaku?
I kinda enjoy his stuff, but when it come to quoting scientists his name never gets spoken.

Regardless of any qualifications he has, he's a science popularizer. Nothing more, nothing less.

One day, in the not-so-far future, our great great grandchildren will find a video of this man and think "did they really believe all that shit about future?", just as well as us today laughing at 1950s predictions about levitating cars, extrasolar colonies and spaceship wars.

He is more qualified than me by about a million percent, but he comes across a bit of an idiot!

Every time I see a photo of him, I have this odd desire to rub his hair and make a wish.

'few' means a small amount. 'phew' is an expression of relief.

Kaku is very smart and very good at physics.

A lot of people who are very smart and very good at physics are also not very sensible about anything else.

He tries to promote science in the public at large, which is good, but enough of what he says isn't really... "science"... that he undermines that particular cause. Like a lot of public science-type figures, he's only public because he goes beyond real science.

Another guy bordering on the Linus Pauling-esque edge of losing the "scientist" part of "mad scientist."

Don't worry, my friend.  If this be the end, then so shall it be.
