I had to give up on Northern Exposure.  Just too bizarre. It started out just fine, but I couldn’t take all the dream sequences, Satan coming to town, etc, that polluted the last season.

Ha, yeah, Northern Exposure kind of falls apart. What irritated me is that characters stay the same, like Maggie and Fleischman constantly flirt but never get together (I mean even Mulder and Scully had sex eventually), Ed is forever dreaming about making his big movie but never does; and then stories get banal, like the whole episode about how Holing can't take a shit; and then the last season when it seems like they gave up and even Fleischman leaves but the show goes on.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

From what I read, after season four someone else took the show over and they only did it for the money. They didn't care about keeping things going and building on what was already there.

$$$ ruined the show.

I finished My Name. It was only eight episodes, and the episodes were only 45 minutes long, so it went by quick. Guess I'll have to find another new K-drama to watch.

The K-drama Father, I'll Take Care of You has left Viki. It's not one of Park Eun-bin's stronger roles, but now that it's gone, I want to watch it. I could watch it on Kocowa, but that would mean subscribing to a third streaming service. Maybe once I get through the two K-dramas that I'm currently watching. I looked around for free or cheap copies of it, but the only copy I found is $120 for the Japanese release, which is too much.

Settled on The Glory (2022).  I thought about Karma, which is only six episodes long, but The Glory has a reputation that's hard to ignore, and I wanted a thriller for the third series in my watching line-up.

I forgot Liam Hemsworth is the new Witcher in season four. It's on my list to watch, along with a bunch of other shows.

Season two of The Devil's Hour
(Prime)

A woman wakes up every night at exactly 3.33AM, in the middle of the so-called devil's hour between 3AM and 4AM.
