I got into that one.

I just watched The Penguin with Colin Farrell in the titular role. Eight episodes, one season. It takes place right after the last Batman movie where the Riddler blew up the seawalls and flooded Gotham, following Oswald 'Oz' Cobb's rise to become the city's crime kingpin.
