If you are EST you need to select: GMT -5:00 and then also select "Always use DST correction" from the "Daylight Saving Time correction" dropdown.

That's how I have it set and the time is fine for me.

The "My kudos" page, however.... insists on not doing DST at all... it's only right half of the year.

I know a guy who has access to the server files and can tweak that page to show the time as it is shown in every other page of the forum.... if only that guy had the time to look into it. Cool
