I'm sorry for your diagnosis. I will try to be as helpful as possible in this post:
Just hang in there and take my advice: ADAPT with every phase you go through. What happened happened, and you are a human who got eaten by this sickness, a casualty that payed the price of being on this planet. Others are stronger; but everybody collapses one day. The key is to adapt and never be sad about it. If you lose a hobby; find another. Just keep injecting yourself with these "adaptation" hopes; and you'll make it just fine. My care is through a hospital which is a 501©(3) NOT the local Catholic hospital, if that's what you're asking. It was founded by a faith based group but now has 501©(3) status. It also partners with our local research hospital for cancer treatment. Quote:Please keep us abreast of your progress and developments as you see fit. (too early for a pun?, if so - apologies) Not too soon at all. (July 29, 2017 at 4:07 pm)Fireball Wrote: Wow. Sorry to see this. I hope you don't need chemo or radiation. Those treatments are pretty painful. #1 telling someone about to go through a treatment they've never experienced before that that treatment is painful is.... Not helpful. #2 it's looking like I'll need both right now, but I'll know for sure next week. (July 29, 2017 at 4:53 pm)Whateverist Wrote: I love your attitude. I sincerely and seriously hope that you do not experience what my youngest brother did. He had laryngeal cancer, so hopefully it'll be different for you. The medical treatment for cancer advances nearly daily. Take the meds as prescribed, they really do help!
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.
