Arpaio was a typical bully cop.  I imagine he used to get beaten up and have his lunch money stolen in school.

The reason he lost the election was because the fucking idiot taxpayers of Maricopa Co. finally woke up to the millions they were having to spend defending his criminal department against lawsuits and criminal complaints because of his grandstanding.

Trump is a coward; he dumps his most controversial orders at the end of the day on Fridays. That makes it more difficult to immediately scramble for legal challenges. He did it when he pulled the Muslim travel ban out of his ass too.

What he is doing is seriously damaging republican prospects for the next 30 years.
