Presumably because he has divorced himself just enough from the "obvious troll is obvious" mentality that he somehow avoids falling afoul of the trolling rule. It's actually kind of up in the air whether or not he's simply a troll or if he's just really that poorly informed. To his credit, he does occasionally take part in discussions about things unrelated to his Holocaust revisionist bullshit (I use the term revisionist because, to his credit, he doesn't seem to be too interested in minimising the number of Jews Hitler killed, just in finding ways to allude to the dozens of red herrings Holocaust deniers use to make it seem like killing millions of Jews is no big deal without actually going all the way.)
It's possible he could end up the more Anti-semitic version of A Theist, clearly bigoted but at least still interested in taking part in a discussion. But all this horseshit CD does is certainly not helping his case.

For the record I think the Holocaust was a terrible thing.
If I hadn't made it clear I am no fan of Hitler. He was a lunatic who ruined Germany!
However... I sort of understand the mentality of "putting away" people who don't fit in with the "ideal norm" of the country.
Like it or not, America is a Christian nation (thought regrettably not Catholic.)
Christians founded this country, and Christianity is the dominant religion of her people. Just because godlessness reigns in Turkey does not mean that Turkey is not a Muslim nation. Just because liberal hollywood/wallstreet type Jews rule the Zionist entity of Israel does not mean that Israel is not a Jewish state.
There are many people in this country tearing away at the Christian fabric. Crazy antifa commies, Refugees from Islamic countries, Brash bossy women, Lustful lunatics prancing in the street... the list is so long these days.
Sometimes..on the days I don't pray.. I look upon all of the harmful people in this country and I just wish there were some camps in the middle of nowheresville Kansas where we could just dump them all and forget about them.

... Well, there's a whole bunch of red flags here. Even A Theist isn't this openly fucked in the head. He may be bigoted as all Hell and among many of the same groups, but I don't think he's ever seriously considered a plan to deport undesirables to concentration camps. Maybe other people have seen threads where he advocated such an idea, but I've never seen them.
Also, to point out the obvious: Muslim Refugees put in the same category as people who defy gender and sexual norms and people who take anti-authoritarianism to shocking extremes? And for what, just existing and wanting to find a place to live that isn't a literal war zone?
