At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

They would never come for me because I am an honest, devout Roman Catholic Christian.

Oddly enough, "resettled to the East" is a term the NaZis used in an attempt to disguise the nature of their Endlosung.

Stop feeding the troll people, I like them a little spry and quick on their feet when I chase them down and stuff them wholesale into my throat pouch. The wriggling is good for my glands.

Strange considering that many of the most powerful Christians in America (the ones who want to make your dream a reality and have the potential power to do so) are, in fact, Protestants who don't particularly trust Catholicism much more than they do the groups you hate...

Oddly enough, you are correct.

The main reason for the current Evangelical/Catholic alliance is mostly the Christian right are running out of "True Christians" who believe that non-marital sex, abortion, and diversity are evil.

So many Presbyterians, Lutherans, and Methodists aren't particularly extreme anymore, so the Billy Grahams and John Haggee's of the world will cosy up to the RCC since it supports them on many things.

If a Christian Nazi group ever came to power they may well come after the Catholics.

Although the Church hierarchy was tepid in the face of Hitler and unresponsive to the needs of the Jewish community (individual Catholics are a different story) many elite Nazis (besides Hitler and Goering the Hutt) sort of had contempt for the RCC. Google Alfred Rosenberg's "Myth of the 20th Century for more!

In objective terms, Rosenberg is a hack, but at least his book shows that there were some  high-ranking Nazi idealogues who hated Christianity, because, after all, he was one of them. The issue of Nazism and religion is a really complicated one, but there is one crucial point about the connection between Nazism and Catholicism is impossible to ignore: centuries before Hitler was even born, the Catholic Church (in conjunction with the European states that ultimately answered to the Pope) had a strong hand in keeping antisemitism alive. And of course, the successor Protestant churches tended to not examine the prejudice for centuries afterward.  Regardless of whether or not the Catholic Church had any relationship with the Nazi Party or vice versa (and research tells me the subject is bloody complex), without the pre-existing Antisemitism that the Church fostered in society, the Antisemitism of the Nazis almost certainly wouldn't have taken off.
